In 2021, The Village of Peoria Heights unanimously adopted a comprehensive plan that will help guide development in the community over the next 20 years.

The plan, created by Chicago-based consultant Houseal Lavigne and Peoria-based architectural firm Farnsworth Group, was more than a year in the making and was developed with the input of scores of Heights residents who shared their visions for what the Heights can become.
