The Village of Peoria Heights firmly believes in the need for transparency in governing and in its residents' rights to access public documents.  As such, the Village makes available such documents pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act.

Please read the Village's FOIA POLICY for information on the Village, how to submit a FOIA request to the Village, and a list of documents maintained by the Village.

The Village of Peoria Heights will honor any written FOIA request, but, for your convenience, also makes available an FOIA Request Form for Administrative & Fire / EMT requests as well as a Police FOIA Request Form.
